my argument for it be and what steps would I advise they follow?

roadblocks to "read and ...?" Then, how to I tear down each one so
that the reading I assign gets DONE and DONE WELL?
3. What type of instructional/pedagogical self-assessment could
you develop to accurately reflect to what extent reading is essential in
your teaching?
